Nominate a Family

Please nominate a family you know who need's a little something extra.

Use the below form with a brief description of why you are nominating them.

From the entries one family will be selected and will receive a free Outdoor family session on Sunday March 22nd.

Entries close 29th Feb 2020.

Terms and conditions:

Only one entry will be selected. This gift is only available March 22nd 2020. The person nominating the family must have contact details for the nominated family. The selected family will be contacted privately to confirm they are available.

Nominated family must be from Geelong or surrounding suburbs as the session is held in Newtown 3220

Valid entries must be nominated via website not on facebook link.
